Yes
I was there recently (Aug 2020) They were open but their menu seemed to be reduced and did not include oysters
You could make a reservation to assure a water view table. They have quite a few.
Monday through Friday 4pm to 6pm in the lounge.
Well I don't live there but you could call them and ask them all those question I don't know anything about senior night
Great place for salmon and chips! Excellent crunch, soft on the inside and batter was tasty! Fries were perfect. Great views. Service was spot on.
Great view of the strait and watching the ferry come and go . . . otters can often be seen in the water as well, great place to watch the sunset while dining. The staff is awesome and the food is good too . . . they also have a little bar area and room for large groups.
Great view, friendly staff. Food was good but not a wow.
Great food. Our server was really nice and our food came out fast. She said I looked like her son that lived out of town. I thought that was sweet.. I'd eat there again .
Great steak. Great and very helpful service. Absolutely loved our valentines day dinner.
Great food and service. Had fish and chips. Very tasty. Great view from the dining room and bar area of the bay.Well worth the visit.
Nice waterfront restaurant featuring great service and good food with a view. I had the fish and chips...it was very good and plenty to eat with a healthy portion of cole slaw. While we were dining the Port Angeles to Victoria ferry Coho came into the harbor and docked next door. The service was excellent with a very attentive staff.
Would happily give them a 6 star rating if I could. Start with their clam chowder. Then try the crab, prawn fettuccine and don't forget to order a Phat Cat Margarita, end your dining experience with a black berry cobbler. Hillary was wonderful and Jim was a great personable server. We enjoyed it so much that we went there twice. You will definitely enjoy all of it.
These people are so lovely and the food is always delectable. The desserts are made in house and Chef ChrisP always makes my day.Last night we had Shrimp & Crab Fettuccine and Cod &Chips and couldn't have left happier.
The salads look amazing but we had the fish and chips. The fish was good but the fries were just thin cut bag frozen fries. The Cole slaw was warm and not flavorful at all. $11 for the two piece dinner. They are medium to small pieces of cod. I don't like paying for bread with my meal even if it isn't much ($2.75), just me. The location is nice and the service was good. My ice tea was good and dark.
Pretty good seafood right along the water. Food portions are a little smaller for the prices. The view has amazing though.
Best thing we liked about Port Angeles. Service was excellent in accommodating my family with young child. Food was great and very reasonably priced. I had the 'true cod' fish & chips, 4 piece is extremely filling and perfectly prepared. Their kids menu burger was a little pricey, but top quality. Enjoyed a tasting flight of beers from Port Townsend and huckleberry ice cream for dessert. Nice to take a stroll on the nearby pier and climb the lookout tower after dinner.
The food was good here and service was friendly and prompt. The menu had a good selections including some interesting starters and plenty of seafood and salmon and it is fresh. They also feature 24 beers on tap. Most of them Pacific Northwest beers. They also have a full bar.The place is open and seems like there is a good view of the water from most every table. They are right next to the Black Ball ferry dock.
Good Food, good waiter, good price. Opens at 1130. Awesome view of the ferries and the Coast Guard Base too.
My family stopped here for lunch on Christmas Eve. Charming place with a nice atmosphere and a killer dining view. Service was ok though not stellar. The food was mediocre-didn't seem that fresh (canned or packaged?), but wasn't horrible either. I guess with the location and reviews I expected a little more.
I had the fried oysters. Best I ever had. The view and the ambience were perfect. Number 1 service. Next door to the Coho ferry.
Had their blackened salmon fettuccine. One of my party members stole from my plate! It's a no-fuss place with reasonable prices and excellent food. The serving staff also handled my cantankerous grandfather wonderfully and we had a great experience. Be sure to try their cobbler! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Excellent food and service, with great views of the harbor. Salmon fish and chips was some of the best I’ve had.
Downriggers has a fantastic view of the harbor in Port Angeles, Washington. Great service every time I've been there. They have a wide-ranging menu. It includes steaks to seafood. Their fish and chips are to-die-for. The steaks are very well prepared. They have a limited wine selection, but each of their wines is well chosen and has outstanding flavor. $$ inexpensive for the quality and service you receive.
Went there with Mom, Dad, My husband and my brother and his wife... Food is wonderful... waitress was efficient and friendly. We sat in the private dining area where the view was wonderful... We have been there many times and it is always a great experience! Love this place!
Its was good. Decent clam chowder and the prices are ok for a restaurant by the water.
The service is great and I like the setting. Extensive menu. The food is very ample but slightly too heavy for my taste. It’s more like a 4.5 star.
We were looking for a kid-friendly spot for local seafood, and this restaurant was listed on Google, so we gave them a try. The kids liked the panoramic view of the harbor and the aquarium fish near our table, and there was plenty of food they liked on the menu. Service was FAST and our waiter was considerate and helpful. Everything was delicious.
Great people making great food with a great view on the water. Not pictured is one of the best clam chowders I've ever had! I often go just for that alone. I had the best birthday meal, including a cake that is locally made. Staff is all so friendly and the sunset from the lounge was beautiful.
NICE LOCATION. GOOD LUNCH.
Good food and great views. Liked the quiet atmosphere.
